So I’m back at school taking Organic Chemistry classes. STRESS. ALCOHOL. CHEAP FOOD. I’m in big trouble. I have been eating pretty shitty and am terrified to weigh myself. I just have no drive to lose weight. Definitely eating for comfort. Need some encouragment pretty bad.

I want to wear a little dress and not look huge.
Brunch:
Banana Nut Crunch 1 serving : 240 cals
Oatmeal flakes 1/2 cup : 140 cals
Almond Milk: 1 cup : 60 cals
Banana: 100 cals
Total: 540 cals
* I wake up at Noon so can’t really eat a true breakfast.
* I like adding oats to my cereal cause its way better than adding more cereal, plus it tastes really good.
Goal is to eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I think I’ve been doing pretty well. I weighed 128 this morning. I’m not too worried about the number though because all my friends that I haven’t seen for a while said I looked skinnier. I can definitely see muscle in my legs and arms and my tummy is flat pretty much all day long as long as I don’t overeat.
I’m going to the gym now; hopefully I can run a few miles, but my shin splints are killing me so I may have to be in the elliptical instead.
